Automotive air conditioning parts are many, but they're not difficult to understand. Once you have a basic knowledge of how they work, you can take an active part in maintaining your car's A/C. Some of the components with which you'll be dealing are the belts that power the automotive air conditioning compressor. These engine belts must be in alignment for your A/C to work properly. If they fall out of alignment, it might be because there's a mismatch between your engine pulleys and your compressor pulleys.
If your pulleys indeed do not match, it's not the end of the world. Most likely, it's due to improper installation, either of the engine pulleys, or of the compressor's clutch. By re-installing or replacing the clutch and compressor, you should be able to solve the problem.
When you need new automotive air conditioning parts, don't spend more than you must. Too many retail stores place too large a markup on their A/C parts. There's no reason to overpay, when you can easily find high quality, factory direct air conditioner parts online.
