Quick Tip Installing Mud Flaps
Installing mud flaps on your car is an easy do-it-yourself project. All you need are a mud-flap kit, a cordless drill, a screwdriver and some silicone sealant.
- Hold the flap in place to determine where to drill the holes. Make sure there are no brake or fuel lines in the way.
- Drill the holes and apply sealant to prevent rust. (Some kits include self-sealing screws)
- Attach the mud flaps according to the manufacturer's instructions.
